DRY LAND TRAINING

There's no better way to get in shape for the season than using sport-specific techniques for Ice Hockey.  Combined with a proper nutrition program, dry land can turn an average athlete into a finely tuned athletic machine!

Our Dry Land program is designed by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Drill techniques include speed, agility, and quickness drills, explosive plyometrics, resistance, and overspeed.
